The chairwoman of Quintana Roo, Maral Lesma, informed that Tulum’s Felipe Carrillo Puerto International Airport has reached 65% of its construction and is scheduled to begin operations in December of this year.
She indicated that this work has generated more than 14,690 jobs and by December it will become an innovative access to Quintana Roo for more than five million visitors.
